Penny is an experienced Allied Health Practitioner with a demonstrated and broad history of working in Counselling, Career Development and Social Welfare.  She is based in Canberra, Australia.

She has worked primarily as a Generalist Counsellor and Career Advisor, however she has experience and developing expertise in delivering specialised services to those who have a neurodiversity diagnosis.  She can support many issues including anxiety & depression, addiction, loss & grief and relationships. 

Penny aims to provide a comfortable and safe environment to help you explore your mental health issues and gain more clarity and insight into the difficulties you may be facing.  Throughout her career she has been an active volunteer and mentor to Young Adults and Military Personnel.
