Donna is a humanistic, integrative counsellor which means she will listen carefully and curiously to the problems you are experiencing. Talking to someone who won’t judge or tell anyone else what you say means you can speak honestly and begin to unravel your thoughts and feelings. Together we will find your existing ways of coping and build on those so that you can understand what works for you.
